TODAY IS a Regular Dismissal Day - Dismissals start at 3:15 Day of the Year 45 - BDay For today’s lunch we will be serving Pizza Cruncher,Green Beans Cantaloupe and Milk. 7th and 8th grade girls basketball continues this week 7th and 8th grade Wrestling practice also continues this week from 3:30-5:30 here in the wrestling room. Play Practice continues Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 3:15-4:30 Boone Middle School Students will be showcasing their talents with a Musical this year “Into the Woods Jr.”and they will also be performing a Play called “Appropriate Audience Behavior”! These shows will take place the first weekend in December. The BMS Teen Outreach Program is holding a drive for The Boone Humane Society. Items needed at the Humane Society are trash bags, clorox wipes, leashes, collars, blankets and wet & dry food for cats & dogs. All donations can be brought to Ms. Christa’s room 143 or the front office until October 31st. If you would like to donate to the Food Drive you only have one more day to contribute, please bring your items to Mr. Danner Monday morning from 7:50 to 8:10 A.M. in front of the main office. Thank you to those of you that have contributed! Explore the Outdoors club members students need to check the google classroom for the permission slip. We will be volunteering at the Ledges State Park and need to turn this in to Mrs. Wengert by next Monday. Thank you, Mrs. Wengert and Mrs. Albright An Email was sent out with information and a link on how to sign up for conferences this year! Conference dates are Nov. 7th 4:30-8:00 and Nov. 9th 2:00-4:00 and 4:30-8:00. All openings are 15 minutes in length. The Lost and Found area is OVERFLOWING! Please have your students check for items that might be theirs, or if you would like to come in and take a look, just check in with the office! The weather will be getting colder so just a reminder that our doors don’t open until 7:45 as usual.

The Opening of our Don’t Quit Fitness Center happened last Tuesday! We are super excited to have been chosen for the $100,000 grant to purchase new physical fitness equipment.
