Happy Friday! As the weather is getting colder, please help your Franklin students make appropriate clothing choices. We had lots of kids wearing shorts yesterday and it was pretty chilly at recess. It looks to be windy and cool again today. As a reminder, we have outside recess unless the wind chill is below zero. If you need assistance with warm clothing, please contact the Franklin office!

Parents: Our annual Harvest Hoedown is scheduled for Friday, October 28. We're looking for parents to volunteer an hour (or more) of time to help run games and activities. 4th Grade Parents: Reminder that tomorrow is the 4th grade field trip to Swede Point. It’s going to be quite a bit cooler tomorrow, especially in the morning, so please make sure to help your students dress for the weather. It should be a great learning opportunity and a fun day for our 4th graders!

Happy Custodian Appreciation Day! We’re so thankful for Rob and Mark. They work hard to keep our school clean and looking great. They’re appreciated by our students and staff every day!
