2nd grade was working hard in their small group reading time this morning! It was a great start to our Friday!

4th Grade Choir Families:
Our 4th grade choir will be singing at the Hope Festival on Saturday, December 4. Please see below for details!
Who: 4th grade choir students (students who practice on T/Th at recess)
What: Special performance at the Hope Festival!
When: Saturday, December 4 at 9:45 (performance at 10)
Where: Boone High School Cafeteria
Why: To provide a donation of our time and voices to help make the foundation's fundraiser a success!
How: Families, please bring your 4th grader to the cafeteria and have them leave their coats with you. Students will then come to stand on the risers that will be set up near the BIG TV screen. Dress nicely in your holiday finest. "Ugly" holiday sweaters are always welcome too! If your family has a conflict that day, please e-mail Mrs. Cunningham to let her know!

We got some new lunch tables at Franklin! They really show our Toreador spirit! 💚❤️

It was great to meet with all of our families last week for fall conferences! We were able to meet with 96% of our families and share all of the great work our students are doing. Our goal is 100% so we’ll keep working towards that at spring conferences. Thanks to everyone who was able to attend!

Congratulations to our students who received Kid of Character certificates last week!

The PTO movie is starting soon at the Boone Theater! FREE admission for all of our elementary families!

We’re looking forward to seeing lots of our families at conferences today. The book fair will be open until 8:00 in the library and some of our BHS students will be taking free family photos in the lunchroom!

Happy Veteran’s Day! Thankful for all of our Veterans and service members and their service to our country!

Reminder: Today is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 1:25. Fall conferences will continue this evening.
